Virtek then makes our staff contributions go further with a corporate match being added to the total dollars raised. Learning & Development
Developing our employees is an investment in the future of the individual, the team and the future of Virtek. Our Educational Assistance Program helps our staff stay current within their areas of expertise, but also prepares them for what's next - a promotion, a new project or maybe movement to new areas of the organization. Of course, we also reimburse for professional fees and membership dues.
