PanelLine® Makes floor and wall panel construction as easy as 1-2-3
PanelLine can save you time and money by speeding panel construction and improving panel quality.
PanelLine is a revolutionary system that eliminates the need for blueprints when manufacturing wall or floor panels. Using computer generated data, PanelLine projects a laser template of the members included in a panel, so workers can see how the panels need to be assembled before they begin. The result is higher throughput and quality employing less skilled labor on the same table you use today.
Increase Throughput and Quality
PanelLine projects a laser template of all panel members directly onto the work surface, so workers immediately see how to assemble panels and sub-components. It eliminates the need for pre-marking top and bottom plates and measuring. The system projects the exact placement location for studs, headers, sheathing, nailing pattern, sub-components, openings and inserts within 1/16" accuracy. PanelLine enables quick engineering changes between design and manufacturing.
PanelLine enables you to:
|
| | Reduce training and supervision costs |
| | Instantly identify incorrectly cut or picked lumber |
| | Minimize operator errors and rework |
| | Recall previous designs to rebuild damage panels |
| | Maximize your computerized panel drafting investment |
Versatile and Easy to Use
Virtek PanelLine can be installed quickly over a weekend. The system is so easy to use that workers can become proficient with just a few hours of training. The system can be configured to meet the specific demands of your shop. The PanelLine software provides detailed instructions so workers don’t need to refer to blueprints or measure for accuracy.
